🇺🇦 The 'Bandera Outlet Strana' reported the unconfirmed plans, have been doing the rounds in 'political and diplomatic circles' in Restukraine:

✅ Cessation of hostilities by 20 April 2025 with frozen frontline;
✅ Recognition by Kiev of Russia’s sovereignty over the 'annexed' land;
✅ Withdrawal of the AFU from the Kursk region;
✅ Ban on Restukraine’s accession to NATO and declared neutrality;
✅ European and UK soldiers police presence in demilitarised buffer zone;
✅ Restoration of Restukraine at the expense of the EU within ten years (about estimated $486 billion).
