🏳️❌🇧🇫— #NEW - Emerging footage shows the APCs, likely captured from the Malian or Burkinabe army, being used to breach the walls of the Djibo main base, it seems dozens if not hundreds of JNIM fighters are present and heavy weaponry is being used.

Local media reports that in the several days of fighting dozens of Burkinabe soldiers were killed and dozens more injured, and many JNIM militants were also killed once Burkinabe drones joined the battle.

The JNIM fighter in the video displays a list of who he says are the names of all VDP (army volunteer militia) militiamen names in the area, and says "the conquest of the country [Burkina Faso] is just a matter of time" and new major offensives are to come.

🇮🇷 - The IRGC's Navy has received the "Shahid Bahman Bagheri" Drone Carrier, a carrier hangar for UAV's and Missile Boats/Naval Drones.

Videos and images published displayed the takeoff of "Ababil-3" drone and the "Qaher-F313" Concept drone, as well as the "Mohajir-6" Drone.

The "Qaher-F313" shown in video are only a scaled sub-model, the 13 year old project is expected to be ready in 6-12 months.
A manned version of the "Qaher-F313" is also under development, and may be available soon.

🇲🇱🇲🇱🇳🇪🇧🇫🇺🇸 — Something that went over many people's heads relating to the USAID shutdown by Trump (and Elon) is that AES countries received almost a billion dollars in foreign aid from the US in 2024, and received similar amounts in the past years.

Stopping the aid to Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, can unequivocally deteriorate the security situation in ways never seen before, after the Sahelian countries kicked out European countries, more significantly France, and then the US, they can only rely on Russia, who now has a grim precedent with what recently happened in Syria.

2025 will be an interesting year in terms of development in the security arena as Sahelian countries are now relatively "alone".
