The Unit proceeded to target an IDF Excavator crew-member using an Anti-Personnel mine, killing him instantly in the "Al-Zeitoun" area of "Beit Hanoun", northern Gaza on 01/07/2025.

⚡️🇵🇸❌🇮🇱 - The AlQassam Brigades has announced ambushing an IDF Armored Unit in the city of central "Beit Hanoun", northern Gaza on 8/01/2025.

The AlQassam Units detonated a "highly explosive device" [referring to "MK-series" IED] on an IDF "Merkava" Tank belonging to a Unit's Company Commander, destroying it completely and tossing the turret.

The Unit then proceeded to target the IDF's Reinforcement Rescue Unit with Anti-Personnel Mines, killing and injuring them. Furthermore, the Unit then detonated a Minefield on a number of IDF Vehicles.
