The captives were allowed to "video call their families in North Korea," raising questions about how this was possible given the country's lack of access to the global internet.

Russian sources, however, dispute Ukraine's claims, stating that the individuals in question are not North Koreans but Tuvan soldiers serving in the Russian military.

🇺🇸🔥 Authorities have arrested a homeless man, Jose Carranza-Escobar, on suspicion of starting a brush fire at Pioneer Park in Azusa, Los Angeles County, on Friday night.

Carranza-Escobar admitted to setting the fire and has been charged with arson. He is currently being held at the Azusa Police Department Jail.
