1- Suspend party work and activity in all its forms and axes until further notice.

2- End the discharge of all fully or partially discharged comrades.

3- Return all loaned and delegated comrades to the staff of their original ministries, institutions and departments and place themselves at the disposal of the parties in which they originally worked.

4- Hand over all mechanisms, vehicles and weapons that were in the possession of comrades to the Ministry of Interior or to the nearest unit or police station affiliated with the Ministry of Interior and issue an official report on that.

5- All party properties and funds are placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance and the oversight of the Ministry of Justice and their proceeds are deposited in the Central Bank of Syria to be spent in accordance with the law by the current government.

6- Al-Sham Private University is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education from the scientific, academic, teaching and administrative aspects, including university employees and its functional, teaching and academic staff.
