Three had been quietly smoothed by the drafting model.

The reports analysed what 323 health professionals did and learned about gender in emergencies.
They also asked what those professionals collectively know about power, safety, and dignity.
A health worker in Kano who writes 300 careful words about hierarchy has produced knowledge.
Paraphrasing her into a smoother sentence she never wrote is expropriation.
So when the report says 63% of submissions name hierarchy as a barrier, the number carries its own epistemology.
