INVITATION: COMMUNICATION IN THE DIGITAL AGE
You are invited to our special session with award-winning digital communications CEO Mike Hanley.
Why is the Foundation offering a special session on this topic? Well, there came a poignant 'Eureka moment' when we realized how – in the face of disinformation propagating at light speed – the work of ‘comms’ practitioners like Mike is critical to survive the threats to our societies.
Do you have a digital communication challenge that you need help with? Share your challenge with Mike. He will select the most ‘wicked’ ones for live problem-solving during the special session. You do NOT need to be a communication specialist to join or to share your challenge.

ANNOUNCEMENT: FIRST IMPACT ACCELERATOR FOR IMMUNIZATION AGENDA 2030
The Geneva Learning Foundation is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the first Impact Accelerator for Immunization Agenda 2030.
The Accelerator will kick off on 8 November 2021 with the Launch pad, a series of activities led by peers working together to achieve impact.
If you are a Scholar Alum, you have received an invitation by e-mail to join the Impact Accelerator.
Why join the IA2030 Accelerator?
We challenge Scholar Alumni to take action now and to help others understand – and take action for –IA2030.
Some Scholars are also Founders of the COVID-19 Peer Hub and Members of the Teach to Reach Global Council of Learning Leaders for Immunization.
This Accelerator is the first of a series of initiatives to help achieve Immunization Agenda 2030 (IA2030). As you know, IA2030 is the world’s strategy for the entire decade. The Accelerator is an opportunity to join and contribute to this nascent global Movement.
How does the IA2030 Accelerator work?
The Accelerator is not a course. It is not time-consuming. It is about helping you do your work better.
Past participants have been eight times more successful at implementing their action plans than Alumni who did not participate.
We meet once a week in a global Assembly to share successes, lessons learned, and challenges. You will also be able to meet with other Scholars from your own country to support each other do better, together.
Who should join the IA2030 Accelerator?
The Accelerator is only for the most committed Scholars who will not cease until they have achieved impact and are ready to sign the Scholar's Pledge for Impact.
Will you be, once again, amongst the immunization leaders who rise to the challenge?

Testimonial about this course from a Deputy Director of EPI:
“Leading the development of the National Immunization Strategy (NIS), I found the course to be invaluable in helping me adapt IA2030 to our country context. I learned from WHO experts but also from peers in other countries and local levels of the health system. Furthermore, our national EPI manager mandated that all senior directors in the national team take this course, and in the national NIS workshop, the difference between those who had taken the course and everyone else was night and day.”
