Article 257 of the Constitution of India pertains to the control of the Union over States in certain cases. It states that:
The executive power of every State shall be exercised so as not to impede or prejudice the exercise of the executive power of the Union.
The Union has the authority to give directions to a State regarding the construction and maintenance of means of communication declared as national or military importance.
The Union also has the power to direct States regarding the protection of railways within the State.
If costs incurred in carrying out these directions exceed normal State duties, the Government of India shall compensate the State for the extra costs incurred.

Easy way to remember

Article 257 = Union control over States in matters affecting Union interests.

257(1) → State must not obstruct Union
257(2) → Union directions on important communications
257(3) → Union directions for railway protection
257(4) → Union compensates State for extra costs

Here , my friend has taken 6k loan but after cutting all the taxes he received only 4750rs only

Now what happened

Even after showing 6k
He mailed him regarding the payment received but no reply from them
But in the app it is showing due amount is 6500

After 7 days my friend had paid amount 3k and remaining 3k he want to pay by next 3 days
Now in between on the day of payment only
They started calling like pay the amount
He said he will pay in 3 days without listening him they are started scolding you pay first
