Our Security Audit is Finished!!!
The audit for the Gauss Gang Token and the GaussVault (contract to handle vesting and liquidity locking) was completed by Techrate back in November. We passed with no security vulnerabilities or problems to mention!!!

We just sent the refunds from last year's brief sale on BSC. The refunds were 1:1 via BNB, returning the same amount of BNB you sent to the contract.
If you were part of that sale, please open a ticket with us on Discord so we can handle each person's token migration individually after the Gauss ecosystem launches (first half of Q4).
We recognize that no one asked for refunds, but it is something we wanted to get taken care of nonetheless.

Token Sale
• Though we've already announced the token sale with LCX on our Discord, we haven't announced it here on Telegram. We're happy to make this all more official now!
• We have been in talks with LCX for six months to get to this point and inked the deal before saying anything to our community. This will always be our stance on releasing information. Every now and then there will still be changes & hiccups despite our standards.
• We have wanted to proceed with LCX as they have been at the forefront of regulatory structuring and compliant market participation, leading these efforts in Europe with TVTG (Liechtenstein Blockchain Act) and MiCA (Markets in Crypto Assets). In a perfect world the US would be at the head of the pack, creating an environment for businesses and innovators to build & thrive in this emerging market. Unfortunately that is simply not the case at this juncture.
• Gauss is the first blockchain to have a native token sale with LCX and is the first with modern regulations in Europe with a regulated exchange!
• Gauss Gang, Inc. will remain as a US entity (incorporated as a C-corp in Delaware and headquartered in Atlanta), but we will also be incorporating another entity abroad to participate in the markets across the majority of the world. Gauss is going multi-national! The legal and accounting complexities (and costs) of doing this at such an early stage typically prevent most from even entertaining such a mature corporate structure.
• All of this is to say that we're doing everything possible to operate above board and in the light. We are looking forward to setting gold standards for accounting, reporting, and transparency as well. I cannot envision us building a high-integrity ecosystem without championing the vision ourselves.
GANG Distribution
• One challenge was in regards to GANG distribution and timing. We want to launch CryptoLink as soon as possible and allow others to begin building & launching. To do this we need to have GANG circulating in some fashion, which runs head first into the regulations we want to work within.
• We will be able to set up PAPER:GANG liquidity after the first private sale round (fixing GANG at a price equal to, or higher than, the ending price during the sale), but cannot distribute GANG to Ferro Card holders until after the token sale ends. This isn't ideal, but it is the best way to navigate through regulations at the moment.
• Our goals will always be to protect the long term health & sustainability of Gauss, which sometimes means making uncomfortable choices in the short term.
