قال ابن القيم رحمه الله تعالى:
"فإن من لم ير نعمة الله عليه إلا في مأكله ومشربه وعافية بدنه؛ فليس له نصيب من العقل البتة، فنعمة الله بالإسلام والإيمان، وجذب عبده إلى الإقبال عليه، والتلذذ بطاعته هي أعظم النعم، وهذا إنما يدرك: بنور العقل، وهداية التوفيق"
📚مدارج السالكين(٢٧٧/١)
Ibn Al-Qayyim rahimahullāh said:
“Whoever does not see Allah’s blessings upon him except in his food, drink, and physical well-being has no share of reason at all. Allāh’s blessings through Islām, Īmān, attracting His servant to turn to Him, and taking pleasure in obedience to Him are the greatest of blessings, and this is only attained by the light of reason and the guidance of success.”

قال ابن عثيمين رحمه الله: «واعلموا أن للصدقة في أيام الحاجة وأيام الشتاء شأنًا كبيرًا فإن الصدقة كلما كانت أنفع للخلق وأخلص للرب كانت أفضل وأعظم أجرا فتفقدوا إخوانكم الفقراء وجودوا عليهم مما جاد الله به عليكم»

Shaykh Muhammad bin Sālih Al-‘Uthaymīn rahimahullāh said:
“Know that charity in times of need and in the winter is of great importance. For indeed, the more beneficial charity is to the people and the more sincere it is to the Lord, the better and greater the reward. So, check on your poor brothers and be kind to them with what Allāh has bestowed upon you”.
