Just watched Ergo Proxy after checking out the story of Manglobe (Samurai Champloo, Michiko & Hatchin, etc) bankruptcy and after someone mentioned that Pino is the prototype of Diana from PRAGMATA.

Surreal and mythical, it has two annoying filler episodes, but the rest is solid and consistent. If you're a fan of Lain and Evangelion, this one may click.

According to Tom Henderson, the upcoming flagship Assassin's Creed game named Hexe just lost 50 employees. They were placed into the internal search system and will be fired if they will not find new roles in the company in a few months.

The game itself is planned for late 2027 and may no longer be a priority. Recently the project already lost several leaders and further decline is concerning. It may be way too similar in its issues to commercially underperforming AC Shadows.

After years of constant update failures, Microslop is now trying to be slightly less annoying:

- You can now pause updates even in "Out of the box experience" (setting up Windows 11 but only the recent versions without local accounts)

- The pause will be set for up to one month but can be further extended as many times as you need

- The computer even with the update downloaded and ready to be installed can now be rebooted without the installation

Perfectly balanced 😁

Our bot defence was heavily adjusted and a few more people were released from their bans. But the majority of bans are absolutely fair and so we have reached the point of equilibrium. From now on the number of banned bots will surpass the number of followers.

Kind reminder that the slogan of PlayStation a few years ago was PLAY HAS NO LIMITS (and it kinda is still present in their branding)

Now it apparently has limits...

Sandbox (stylized as S&box), a UGC platform from the creators of Garry's Mode, has mixed reviews on Steam:

The pioneers aren't happy that a lot of stuff in Sandbox is made with AI. But the content is user generated, so it's hard to treat it as the failure of the platform itself. But the poor optimization is indeed a valid concern.
