VISHAKAPATNAM WEA SUSPENDED ABOUT JVD VERIFICATION

It is brought to notice that one WEA in Visakhapatnam district verified two JVD applications, whose households are not under his jurisdiction. And both of them are found prima facie ineligible. Hence, the WEA is being suspended from service today by the JD for serious dereliction of duties, inspite of clear instructions on verification of eligibility of JVD applications - overstepping the jurisdiction as well as false recommendation. In case any other WEA in any district committed such irregularity, let them come forward voluntarily with the details immediately. But, if such irregularity is identified by the administration, then serious disciplinary action will be initiated against the concerned.

Good morning all.
At present TCS team is working on following issues in HRMS.
1. Creating logins and attendance for Multiple Panchayat Secretaries
2. Syncing of Employees data available in Employee details tab with HRMS
3. Mapping of Horticulture/Sericulture/Veterinary assistant to concern Mandal officers
4. Giving login access to those without CFMS ID.
The above issues will be fixed in 4 to 5 days..

UPDATES ON HRMS LEAVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CALL CONDUCTED TO MOT’S ON 03RD APR’21 AT 1300HRS:

1. MULTIPLE LOGINS WILL BE ENABLED FOR PANCHAYAT SECRETARIES WHERE THERE ARE MORE THAN 1 GP IN A SACHIVALAYAM.

2. LOGINS WILL BE ENABLED FOR THOSE ACCOUNTS WHERE CFMS ID’S ARE NOT MAPPED WITHIN A WEEK.

3. FOR HORTICULTURE / SERICULTURE ASSISTANTS HAVE BEEN MAPPED TO MANDAL AGRICULTURE OFFICER, THIS ISSUE WILL BE SORTED AND WILL BE MAPPED TO MANDAL HORTICULTURE / SERICULTURE OFFICER WITHIN A WEEK.

4. SOME ANIMAL HUSBANDRY ASSISTANTS HAVE BEEN MAPPED TO MANDAL FISHERIES OFFICER, THIS ISSUE WILL BE SORTED AND WILL BE MAPPED TO RESPECTIVE MANDAL OFFICER WITHIN A WEEK.

5. IF A LEAVE/REGULARISATION REQUEST IS PENDING IN DDO LOGIN MORE THAN 24 HOURS, IT WILL BE FORWARDED TO RESPECTIVE MANDAL OFFICER DIRECTLY.

6. SMS GATEWAY IS BEING PALLNED FOR LEAVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, APPROVED/REJECTED NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO RESPECTIVE FUNCTIONARY VIA SMS.

7. FOR SURVEYOR ASSISTANTS, THEY ARE BEING SENT TO OTHER THAN NATIVE SECRETARIATS FOR RE-SURVEY ETC., REQUEST RECEIVED FROM SURVEYOR DEPARTMENT TO ALLOW THEM TO MARK ATTENDANCE IN OTHER THAN NATIVE SECRETARIATS. TECHNICAL TEAM IS WORKING ON THE SAME WHERE THEIR ATTENDANCE WILL BE REGULARISED ON APPROVAL OF MANDAL OFFICER.

8. DEPUTATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND FUNCTIONARIES ARE TO WORK WHERE THEIR CFMS IDS ARE GENERATED.

9. MANDAL OFFICER LOGINS HAVE BEEN SHARED TO JC’S, MANDAL OFFICERS TO UPDATE LEAVE BALANCES OF FUNCTIONARIES MAPPED TO THEM. REQUEST ALL THE FUNCTIONARIES TO INFORM YOUR RESPECTIVE MANDAL OFFICERS TO UPDATE LEAVE BALANCES.

10. CHANGE OF APPROVER OPTION PROVIDED IN HRMS LOGINS, IF BY MISTAKE APPROVER IS MAPPED WRONG, A REQUEST CAN BE RAISED WHICH WILL BE SENT TO JC FOR APPROVAL POST WHICH APPROVER WILL BE CHANGED.

11. FOR APRIL MONTH ATTENDANCE IS NOT LINKED WITH SALARY AS TESTING PERIOD, HOWEVER IT REQUESTED TO MARK ATTENDANCE AND USE HRMS LOGINS TO REGULARIZE OR APPLY LEAVES. THIS WILL HELP TO FIND ANY ERRORS AND RESOLVE THE SAME.

12. FUNCTIONARIES WHO ARE GOING ON FIELD WORKS SHOULD HAVE ATLEAST 2 HOURS BETWEEN IN AND OUT TIMES. TECH TEAM IS WORKING ON ONLINE MOVEMENT REGISTER.
