All controllers to obtain beneficiaries list from SLBC for whom money is deposited in their respective pooling account and immediately communicate it to bank branches. The list to be obtained from respctive ROs
Step 2.All bank managers compare the physical applications recieved with the SLBC list communicated from the respective Controllers.
Step 3.All bank managers to segregate the physical applications which are matching the list of SLBC and immediately update or enrol for PMJJBY and PMSBY in GBM portal.
Step 4.immediately update such enrolled applications in GSWS YSR bhima banker login so as to monitor the progress by Controllers.
Step 5.wherever physical application recd and name is not there in excel sheet provided by Controlling office shall be handover to the concerned APMs.
APMs should maintain register for the returned applications.
Step 6. All bankers shall ensure to update parallely in GSWS portal which is the only monitorable indicator for progress..
