I have discussed with the Finance Secretary,Director of Treasuries and CEO,CFMS Just now regarding admission of salary bills of this month without linking of HR information.They are agreed to admit the pay bills of this month.Salaries will be paid on 1st.The same information may be circulated to all employees,teachers and Pensioners.

All Diatrict officers are requested to focus on Jagananna Thodu loan disbursements. Please tell the MDOs/ DRDA staff/ MEPWA Staff/ welfare assistants to visit the bank branches and ensure that loans are disbursed immediately. The stamp duty has been waived now. So, it should not take much time now for the bankers to complete the documentation and disburse the loans. Also, let them review transfer of insurance amount under YSR Bima also. Also, please direct the MDOs/ Municipal Commissioners to tell the volunteers to complete the BC sub caste survey immediately.
