It is submit to inform that the Principle Secretary ,Agrl Marketing Sri Y.Madhusudan Reddy garu issued operation Guidelines for Procurement of COTTON by CCI.
In this connection it is requested the higher authorities to pursue the same with JD Marketing & forward the guidelines copy to this office in order to avoid the confusion among line Dept's : Agrl Marketing ,CCI , Agrl Department ,MLA office ,Farmer Unions & Buyers on Procurement & to give clear cut clarity .
Nearly 50000 acres of COTTON CROP is in cultivation & first picking will come to Marketing from last week of this month to Nov 1 st week.
👉Communicated to all ADAs & MAOs in the district for information & necessary action..Utmost care may be taken while entering yield data in CM APP & during Registration of Farmers..

UNMAPPED PENSIONS:

👉WELFARE లాగిన్ లో ఉన్న UNMAPPED PENSIONS యెవైతే ఉన్నాయో వాటిని VOLUNTEER MOBILE APP V 4.7 లో MAPPING చేసుకుని EKYC కూడా చేయించిన యడల ఆ PENSIONER ఆ VOLUNTEER కి MAPPING అవుతారు.

👉గమనించి 15వ తేదీ లోగా ఈ MAPPING చేసుకున్నా యడల NOVEMBER నెలలో WELFARE లాగిన్ లో ఉన్న PENSIONERS VOLUNTEER కి MAPPING అవుతారు.

👉ఫ్యామిలీ లో 60 సంవత్సరాలు పైబడి 18 సంవత్సరాల లోపు వాళ్ళు మాత్రమే ఉంటే వారికి పెన్షన్ మ్యాపింగ్ కొరకు గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయం పంచాయతీ సెక్రెటరీ గారి లాగిన్ లో మ్యాపింగ్ చేయవచ్చు. అలా మ్యాపింగ్ చేయుటకు ఆధార్ నెంబరు తప్పనిసరి.

PANCHAYAT SECRETARY GRADE VI (DIGITAL ASSISTANT) :

It is noticed, on reconciliation of the transactions under WalletOne, an amount of Rs.47,92,871/- is still pending either with (5721) DAs/WEDPs or with Banks (NOT transferred to ICICI pool account).
When contacted personally over phone, it was informed that amounts are pending with them and are yet to deposit into the bank. This shall be treated as TEMPORARY MISAPPROPRIATION OF GOVT FUNDS.
I request all the WEDPs/DAs to deposit the amounts pertaining to WalletOne, if any pending with them, in their Secretariat Bank account and also see that the amounts are transferred to the ICICI pool account, immediately. Unless the amount is transferred to the pool account, the pending amount will be treated as DUE from the individual WEDP/DA.
This shall be treated as most urgent. No Govt funds shall be kept idle with the individuals. If any clarification is required, pl feel free to contact GM (Fin) 7702344337.

❖ Online applications are invited for the Departmental
Tests May - 2020 Session, Notification No: 06/2020 from 08/10/2020 to 14/10/2020 and the last date for payment of fee
is 14/10/2020 (11:59PM).
❖ The candidates who have already applied for Notification No: 03/2020 dated: 01/07/2020 need not apply for the same papers but they have to choose 03 district center options from 08/10/2020 to 14/10/2020 along with fresh candidates.
❖ The detailed schedule of time table will be announced by 31/10/2020.

Please find the list of pensioners (PDO authentication given in this month due to bio-metrict failures ) sent for RBIS ( Real Time Beneficiary Identification) Facial Authentication enrolment.

Please instruct all Volunteers and WEAs to complete the RBIS Enrollment before 19th of this month

So that they will be paid through Facial Authentication instead of PDO Authentication payments.

Please treat this as very Priority work and instruct the WEAs/WDS and Volunteers to complete the enrollment before 19th of this month

RBIS team Working on the new changes given by the department will be giving the new apk and manual for the same at the earliest.
