1. On clicking “Get New PAN” option, the user is taken to a simple five-step process to get a PAN.
(Get New PAN అనే ఆప్షన్ ను క్లిక్ చేసాక 5స్టెప్ వాలిడేట్ అవుతుంది. )

2.In the first step, the user has to enter his/her Aadhaar number, along with a Captcha confirmation code, and confirm that the user fulfils all the conditions for applying a PAN through Aadhaar.
( ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ను ఎంటర్ చేసాక కోడ్ ను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి )

3.A One-Time Password (OTP) is then sent to the number linked to the applicant’s Aadhaar, which has to be entered in the second step, after which the third step includes validating the details in the Aadhaar.

4.The fourth option to validate an e-mail ID is not compulsory and is up to the user’s discretion.

5. The PAN is provided in the fifth and the last step.( సబ్మిట్ క్లిక్ చేసాక. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నెంబర్ వస్తుంది. అది మొబైల్ కూడా వస్తుంది )

6.In the option to ‘Check Status/Download PAN’, those users who have applied for PAN through Aadhaar can check the status of their application and download the PAN, simply by entering the Aadhaar number and a Captcha code.
( 10 నిముషాలు వేచి ఉన్నాక, పైన పెట్టిన లింక్ ఓపెన్ చేసి Check Status/Download PAN ఆప్షన్ ను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. అప్పుడు ఆధార్ నెంబర్ మరియు కోడ్ ను ఎంటర్ చేస్తే OTP వస్తుంది. అది ఎంటర్ చేస్తే Pan Card Download ఆప్షన్ వస్తుంది. అయి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకున్నాక Password అడుగుతుంది అప్పుడు DOB ను / లేకుండా ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.. ఉదాహరణ : DOB 04/05/1987
అప్పుడు PASSWORD : 04051987. ఆలా ఎంటర్ చేసాక ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. కలర్ ప్రింట్ తీసుకుంటే సరి.... )

Please note that, the HCM has instructed to provide the Assistance to all the CCRC holders and ROFR cultivators on 15-10-2020 along with 2nd installment assistance to land owners.

In view of the availability of the time and request from the districts, the CCRC module is once again enabled in the portal for uploading the details of CCRCs missed if any. The portal will be in live till 10.10.2020 evening only.

Further, RTG has deleted the CCRC/Endowment records having same Aadhar number for owner and tenant so as to facilitate the field staff to re-enter the records with corrected details.

Please keep in mind that the CCRC module will be disabled on 10-10-2020 evening with any further notice.....YSR RB assistance of Rs 2000 from state will be released by HCM on 15th October. Total Rs 1180 cr. The assistance will be extended to CFRC holders who are eligible as the the GO and also the ST families who were given RoFR pattas on 2nd October. JDAs are directed to ensure all CCRC holders who are eligible should able to get this assistance this 15th Oct.
