Steps :
1) ENTER Aadhaar number of one of the member from navasakam ineligible card who wants rice card .
2) DISPLAY all member details
3) 6 step validation NOW
4) eligible ones will go to volunteer log in and VRO has to do authentication as like single member card
5) ineligible after 6 step validation , the following steps has to follow
5a) display 6 step result ( old and new )
5b) add member
5c) define / split two FAMILY units after adding members
5d) second round of 6 step validation of Two family units ( splits )
5e) eligible will go to VRO and further process .
5f) ineligible become ineligible only , no further action .

All secretaries are informed that from monday onwards the following things will be implemented

1) Biometric Attendance

Login Time : 10-00 A.M
Logout Time : 5-30 P.M

15 minutes of grace time will be provided for Login..

Attendance marked after 10-15 A.M has to be recorded in late attendance register.

Concerned Secretary will only be responsible if there is a deduction in salary for the day he logout before 5-30 P.M


2) Movement Register & Lunch Timing

Each secretary has to do his work from sachivalayam itself..

If in case he/she has to go in field they have to compulsorily make a note in movement register and inform their admin regarding their destination & purpose of move


the lunch timing is only 45 minutes

All secretaries should not take break at once..

Atleast 2-3 secretaries has to be available in the secretariat

A separate Lunch Timing Register will be maintained to monitor it..

3.Record maintenance

Any higher officials can visit Sachivalayam at any time..

Hence all secretaries has to be ready with proper records and information and update them timely.

అత్యవసర అనారోగ్య సమస్యలు తలెత్తిన వారు, ప్రమాదాలకు గురై, గాయపడిన వారు 108కు ఫోన్‌ చేయవచ్చు. కాల్‌ సెంటర్‌ నుంచి సమీపంలోని 108 వాహన సిబ్బందికి సమాచారం వస్తుంది. వారు వీలైనంత త్వరగా అక్కడకు వెళ్లి, ఆపదలో ఉన్నవారికి ప్రథమ చికిత్స చేసి, వారిని సమీపంలోని ఆస్పత్రికి తరలిస్తారు.

➡️104 (వైద్యం, ఆరోగ్యం)

ఆస్పత్రులకు దూరంగా ఉన్న గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లి, వైద్యసేవలు అందించేందుకు 104 వాహనం ఉపయోగపడుతుంది. ఈ సేవలు పొందాలనుకునే వారు ఈ నంబర్‌కు ఫోన్‌ చేయవచ్చు. ఈ వాహనంలోని సిబ్బంది ఒక స్థాయి అనారోగ్య సమస్యలకు సంబంధిత టెస్టింగ్, ల్యాబ్‌లో పరీక్షలు చేసి, అవసరమైన మందులు ఉచితంగా అందిస్తారు.
