☞ ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల 'నాడు-నేడు' పనులు, మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం, జగనన్న విద్యాకానుక పంపిణీ, అమ్మఒడి పథకం, పాఠశాల భద్రత, ఆరోగ్యం కార్యక్రమాల పర్యవేక్షణ బాధ్యతలను గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగులకు ప్రభుత్వం అప్పగించింది.
☞వార్డు, గ్రామ సంక్షేమ, విద్య సహా యకులు, డేటా ప్రాసెసింగ్ కార్యదర్శి, మహిళా పోలీసు, ఇంజినీర్, వార్డు వసతుల కల్పన కార్యద ర్శులకు *[Welfare and Education Assistant (Rural) / Ward Education and Data Processing Secretary (Urban) Engineering Assistant (Rural) / War Amenities Secretaries (Urban) iv. ☞ వారంలో ఒక రోజు పాఠ శాల, విద్యార్థుల ఇంటికి వెళ్లాలని, తల్లిదండ్రుల కమిటీ సమావేశాలకు హాజరు కావాలని ఆదేశించింది.

గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయాలకు సంబంధించిన HOD లు వారి మండల స్థాయి అధికారులకు
మధ్యాహ్నం 3.00 గంటల నుండి 5:00 గంటల వరకు ఎటువంటి సమావేశాలకు పిలవటం, వేరే క్షేత్ర స్థాయి పనుల నిర్వహణ కొరకు నిర్దేశించడం చేయవద్దని సంబంధిత HOD ఆదేశింస్తూ, సదరు పనులు ప్రతి రోజు మధ్యాహ్నం 3:00 గంటల లోపల ముగించి తప్పనిసరిగా గ్రామ/వార్డ్ సచివాలయాలకు హాజరై ప్రజలనుండి వినతులు తీసుకొనుటకు సాయంత్రం 5.00 గంటల వరకు అందుబాటులో ఉండేటట్లు తగ్గు ఆదేశములు జారీ చేయగోరడమైనది.

తదుపరి అందరు గ్రామ/వార్డ్ సచివాలయ సిబ్బంది తప్పనిసరిగా ప్రతిరోజు గ్రామ/వార్డ్ సచివాలయాలలో మధ్యాహ్నం 3.00 గంటల నుండి 5,00 గంటల వరకు ప్రజల నుండి పిర్యాదులు స్వీకరించుటకు హాజరు కావేలను.

Process in BOP APP

1. Mark Mother as Death. ( Option provided for Only pending applications )

2. Search again with student Aadhaar / Student ID

3.Enter Father / Guardian Aadhaar

4. Take ekyc of Father /Guardian

5. submit.

1️⃣Guardian Aadhaar should be in same rice card/ GSWS household

2️⃣ otherwise Benefit will not be given.

1. Validations: Valid Vehicle Registration number and Driving Licenses number as per the transport data, Vehicle should be on the name of the applicant and vehicle owner and person with Driving license should have Rice Card, other six step parameters

2. Eligible and reverification list (of last year beneficiaries and new applications received till 27-06-22) will be published by 28-06-22 EOD.

3. Grievances will be raised from 29-06-22

4. New application will be accepted till 03-07-22

5. EKYC will be accepted till 05-07-22

6. Final eligible and ineligible list will be published on 07-07-22

7. New applications can be applied at secretariat(NBM portal)

8. Take new applications for last year beneficiaries whose name not came for EKYC

9. Hold option will be provided in NBM after publication of Social Audit lists for holding incase of any objections found for provisional eligible list

10. As per the transport dept instructions Fitness, RC and insurance validity not required

11. wherever beneficiary changed vehicle, we will provide option in NBM to change the vehicle details.
