▪️ GVWV&VSWS Department has issued instructions to remit the service charges and any other amount collected shall be remitted on the same day by the Digital Assistant / WEDPS.
▪️ Certain Village/Ward Secretariats are not remitting service charges and OTS amounts collected
▪️ If the amount is not remitted regularly on the same day, it will be treated as temporary misappropriation of funds and disciplinary action will be initiated against the responsible persons.
▪️ Requested to direct the MPDOs/ Municipal Commissioners to monitor and ensure to remit the collected service charges, OTS and any other amount on the same day.
▪️ Further requested to issue instructions to the District GSWS Incharge Officer(s) to inspect, not remitted Village/Ward Secretariats and ensure to remit collected amounts.
