Subject: Online Mini Model Exams for Enhanced Exam Readiness

Dear Respected Parents, 

To better prepare our students for regional and national examinations, we will be conducting online Mini Model Exams for Grades 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12 students. These exams will focus exclusively on national exam subjects. 

The primary aim of these exams is to strengthen foundational knowledge. The content will cover topics from previous grade levels to ensure students have a solid grasp of essential concepts. This approach encourages students to systematically review earlier materials, preventing the need to revisit foundational topics at the last minute. For example, a grade 12 student should ideally have started revising grade 9 topics during grade 10, rather than delaying this review until grade 12. 

For Mini Model Exam 1, students should review topics covered in the first quarter (Test 1 portion of previous grade). For Mini Model Exam 2, they should focus on the first quarter's Test 2 page ranges. 

We kindly request your assistance in encouraging and guiding your child to review relevant topics from previous grade levels to ensure their academic success. 

Please note that all mini model exam scores will be included as part of the continuous assessment and reflected on students’ report cards.

ርዕሰ ጉዳይ፡ የሞዴል ፈተናን ይመለከታል።

ውድ የተከበራችሁ ወላጆች፣ 

ተማሪዎቻችንን ለክልላዊ እና ሀገራዊ ፈተናዎች በተሻለ ሁኔታ ለማዘጋጀት የ6ኛ፣ 8ኛ፣ 10ኛ፣ 11 እና 12ኛ ተማሪዎች በኦንላይን ሚኒ ሞዴል ፈተናዎችን እንሰጣለን። እነዚህ ፈተናዎች በክልላዊ/በብሔራዊ ፈተና የትምህርት አይነቶች ብቻ ላይ ያተኩራሉ፡፡
የእነዚህ ፈተናዎች ዋና አላማ መሠረታዊ ዕውቀት የመጨበጥ ክዕሎትን ማዳበር ነው፡፡ ተማሪዎች አስፈላጊ ፅንሰ-ሀሳቦችን በጠንካራ መልኩ እንዲገነዘቡ ለማድረግ የፈተናው ይዘት ከቀደምት የክፍል ደረጃዎች የመጡ ርዕሶችን የሚሸፍን ይሆናል። ይህ አካኤድ ተማሪዎች ቀድመው እንዲያነቡ የሚያደርጋቸው ሲሆን በመጨረሻው የክልላዊ እና ብሔራዊ ፈተና በሚሰጥበት ወቅት የሚኖረውን መጨናነቅ ያስቀራል። ለምሳሌ አንድ የ12ኛ ክፍል ተማሪ የ9ኛ ክፍል ርዕሶችን መከለስ የሚኖርበት 12ኛ ክፍል ደርሶ ሳይሆን ከ10ኛ ክፍል ጀምሮ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ 

ውድ ወላጆች ለሚኒ ሞዴል ፈተና 1፣ ተማሪዎች ያለፈውን ዓመት የመጀመሪያ ሩብ ዓመት ፈተና 1 ፖርሽን ውስጥ የተካተቱትን ርዕሶች መከለስ አለባቸው። በተመሳሳይ ለሚኒ ሞዴል ፈተና 2፣ ያለፈውን ዓመት የመጀመሪያ ሩብ ዓመት ፈተና 2 ፖርሽን ውስጥ የተካተቱትን ርዕሶች መከለስ ይኖርባቸዋል። 

የልጅዎን አካዳሚክ ስኬታማነት ለማረጋገጥ ካለፉት የክፍል ደረጃዎች ጋር ተዛማጅነት ያላቸውን ርዕሶች እንዲከልሱ በማበረታታት እና በመከታተል እገዛ  እንዲያደርጉ በትህትና እንጠይቃለን። 

ማስታወሻ: እያንዳንዱ ሚኒ ሞዴል ፈተና ውጤት ተመዝግቦ የሚያዝ ሲሆን በተማሪዎች ሪፖርት ካርድ ላይም የሚሰፍር መሆኑን ለማሳወቅ እንወዳለን።

As you are aware, due to ongoing maintenance of our e-learning system, some students were interrupted while attempting their worksheets. Although we had  informed not to attempt the tasks during this period, we believe it is important to provide another opportunity to those affected. Accordingly, please note the following updates:
➥  Worksheet 1 & 2 will be reopened starting today and will remain accessible until Thursday, January 8, 2025.
➥ Test 1, originally scheduled for Saturday, December 20, will be accessible on Saturday, January 3.
➥ Test 1, originally scheduled for Sunday, December 21, will be accessible on Sunday, January 4.

NB: Students who were affected and received a zero mark will be given another chance. If there are additional affected students, please inform campus administrators so we can assist accordingly. When reporting, make sure to include the campus, grade, student name, subject, and document type. Example: CMC, Abel Mulugeta, Amharic  gr 6 WS1

➥ እሁድ ፣ ታህሳስ 12፣ 2018 ዓ.ም ተለቆ የነበረው ሙከራ 1 በድጋሚ እሁድ፣ ታህሳስ 26፣ 2018 ዓ.ም ክፍት ይደረጋል።

ማስታወሻ: ሲስተሙ በሚገባ በማይሰራበት ጊዜ ጥያቄዎችን ለመስራት በሚደረግ ጥረት ውስጥ ውጤታቸው ዜሮ ለሆነባቸው ተማሪዎች በድጋሚ የመስራት ዕድል ፈጥረናል። ከዚህ ጋር ጥያቄዎቹን በአግባቡ ሳይጨርሱ እክል የገጠማቸው ተማሪዎች የሚማሩበትን ካምፓስ፣ ክፍል፣ ስም፣ የትምህርት ዓይነት እና የዶክመንት አይነት በመጥቀስ ለቅርንጫፍ ት/ቤቱ አስተዳደር ብትልኩ ችግሮችን እያጣራን መፍትሔ የምንሰጥ መሆኑን ለማሳወቅ እንወደዋለን።
