Hi Grab Partners, please take note of important new LTA regulations for Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) effective 1st June 2026.
To continue delivering using a PMA, you are now required to obtain a Certificate of Medical Need via the Assessment for Mobility Scooter (AMS).
📅 Key Deadlines
25th May 2026: Deadline to submit your certificate to Grab.
1st June 2026: New LTA regulations officially begin.
⚠️ Important: If your certificate is not submitted by 25th May, your account will be automatically converted from PMA to Walker mode.
