This is normal for founders.You carry many problems. You make many decisions. Other people depend on you.
But you cannot carry this weight every hour of every day.

To avoid burnout:

· Take short breaks.
· Say no to things that waste your energy.
· Do not answer emails late at night.
· Protect your rest like you protect your money.
The best founder is not the one who works the hardest.It is the one who can work for a long time without breaking.
