📣 IMPORTANT BUY ORDER UPDATE 📣

Dear Users,

To help ensure a smoother buying experience, we currently recommend using Amazon Pay for placing buy orders on FST Pay.

Recently, after updates from their official applications, MobiKwik and Freecharge have been experiencing login and usage issues across all platforms. In particular, these apps now have stricter device-login limitations, which may affect the buying process for some users.

👾 To assist everyone, we have provided a video tutorial demonstrating the complete Amazon Pay buy-order process step by step.

✅ Please watch the video carefully before placing your first order.
✅ Following the tutorial can help you avoid common mistakes and complete orders more smoothly.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.

📢 Important Notice for All Team Members

Please avoid using Freecharge for placing orders, as it is currently facing OTP-related restrictions that may cause orders to get stuck or delayed.

✅ Recommended Payment Methods:
• Amazon Pay
• MobiKwik

These options are currently more stable and provide a smoother order experience.

For users whose Freecharge orders are already stuck due to OTP issues, we can create a new order for them. Having two active orders simultaneously is allowed, and this will help prevent workflow disruptions caused by the Freecharge OTP limitations.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

⚠️ Dear Members,

We would like to inform you that Freecharge is currently experiencing 24-hour UPI relink issues, which may cause delays or failure in payment verification.
For this reason, Freecharge Buy service has been temporarily closed until the issue becomes normal and fully stable again.

We kindly request all members to avoid using Freecharge for the time being to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted buying process.

Freecharge ⛔️ (Temporarily Closed)

Other UPI Apps ✔️ (Recommended: Amazon Pay, IndusPay, etc.)
We will notify you once Freecharge service is restored and stable again.
We are always here to support you.
