To avoid your bank card being frozen, please note the following rules:
1οΈβ£ Do not conduct private UPI transactions during business hours.
Do not use the same UPI for private payments or transfers until all UPI tokens are sold out.
2οΈβ£ Reason:
Recently, many new users have joined FSTPAY.
Some users are using the same UPI for private transactions while placing order transactions. The system will detect this anomaly and temporarily freeze funds for investigation to ensure account security.
3οΈβ£ If funds are temporarily frozen:
Please do not worry or misunderstand the platform.
Simply:
Provide your account ID
Contact customer service to explain the situation
Confirm which transaction was a private transaction
Customer service will assist you in processing and resolving the issue after verification.
4οΈβ£ Please be sure to notify your subordinates:
To ensure the security of everyone's accounts:
Do not conduct personal transactions during business hours.
If you accidentally engage in a personal transaction, please immediately present your identification and contact customer service for assistance.

Timeout can happen for multiple reasons, and it is not always possible to achieve 100% success on every sell order.
1. Bank dependency:
Timeout may occur depending on your bankβs response, limits, or whether the receiving bank is accepting funds. Sometimes one bank works, while another may fail. Using multiple banks or payment methods can improve success chances.
2. User/gamer behavior:
Sometimes the gamer may cancel the deposit order, delay the payment, or attempt payment but fail due to their own bank or network issues. In such cases, the order will end in timeout.
3. Amount and limit issues:
Some banks accept smaller amounts but reject higher ones. If large sell orders (5Kβ10K+) are failing repeatedly, try reducing the limit (e.g., 1Kβ3K or 1Kβ4K) and test different ranges.
Conclusion:
Timeout cannot be completely eliminated, but by understanding these factors and adjusting your strategy accordingly, you can significantly improve your success rate.

2οΈβ£: Why do token sales sometimes fail?
βοΈ:The payer must complete the payment within the specified time.
3οΈβ£: How long does the payer have before the order times out?
βοΈ: After matching is completed, the payer has 15 minutes to make the payment.
If payment is not completed within 15 minutes, the order will fail and be rematched automatically.
4οΈβ£: Why canβt I sell tokens sometimes? Why am I asked to transfer money to my own UPI?
βοΈ:If a UPI fails to sell tokens 8 times consecutively, the system will check whether the UPI can still receive payments normally.
You need to use another working UPI to transfer 149 INR to the current UPI for testing:
β Transfer successful:
The UPI is functioning normally, and the system will automatically restore token selling.
β Transfer failed:
The linked bank card is restricted. You need to change the bank card in your UPI wallet.
π Reason:
Banks may limit daily receiving times or transaction frequency.
Self-transfer testing helps quickly verify whether a UPI can still receive funds, preventing repeated failures.
