Mission stages feature specific clear missions, providing PVE content distinct from normal stages with unique objectives and engaging gameplay.
These stages are designed to effectively incorporate a diverse range of tanks.
The general rule of Mission Stages is that you enter with up to three tanks and navigate through a given mission. Unlike regular stages, there are also failure conditions, so staying calm and strategizing based on the situation is crucial. Some stages can only be cleared by properly utilizing functional objects placed on the map, so be sure to carefully study the map.

Update on Fortress Arena's Development and Future Direction

This is Fortress Arena.
As mentioned in our previous announcement, we at Atomrigs Lab initially participated in the development of Fortress Arena NFT's smart contract in an outsourced capacity. However, as the project progressed, we felt a growing sense of responsibility to live up to the trust and expectations of our dedicated holders. This sense of responsibility led to a significant expansion of our role. Over the years, we have invested substantial resources—including development manpower and financial expenditures—to ensure the smooth progress of the game, far beyond the initial scope of our involvement.
As we approach the launch of the Open Beta version in 2024, we recently learned that the Fortress IP holder is preparing another Web3 game project using the Fortress game IP. Given the substantial overlap between our target markets—including Southeast Asia and other key Web3 game markets—we concluded that releasing two separate games simultaneously could pose significant challenges. The IP holder requested a postponement of Fortress Arena's launch schedule and a shift in our target market. Consequently, it has become exceedingly difficult to establish a predictable timeline for the project, causing further delays in our launch plans.
To address the possibility that it may become unfeasible to release a game utilizing the Fortress IP, we are actively exploring the development of new games aligned with evolving trends in the crypto and gaming industries. Meanwhile, to secure an enthusiastic Web3 gaming audience, we have distributed an extension program for Pixels, one of the prominent Web3 games. This initiative has already achieved over 200,000 downloads, with nearly 100,000 monthly active users. All these users possess crypto wallets, positioning them as a strong foundation for the success of our future Web3 game releases.
Rather than being tied down by prolonged uncertainties surrounding our relationship with the IP holder, we believe that focusing on new content and adapting swiftly to market changes will better serve the interests of Fortress Arena NFT holders.
We also plan to gather your valuable input through a survey to guide our future direction. The survey will include the following question:
Question: How would you like the Fortress Arena project to proceed?
1. Maintain the current status and determine the launch schedule and target regions in agreement with the Fortress Arena IP holder.
2. Actively embrace the most popular trends in the current crypto market to develop a new game, while guaranteeing existing Fortress NFT holders the opportunity to exchange their NFTs for new ones in the upcoming game.
