La condamnation, malgré les réquisitions d'acquittement général du Procureur, datant d'octobre 2020, n'a pas encore, un an et demi plus tard, été rédigée ni notifiée, avec les motifs retenus, si bien que les nationalistes grecs emprisonnés sont toujours privés du droit d'en relever appel !!

🔥🇬🇷 It has been about ten days now that MEP Yannis Lagos has been continuing his hunger strike, demanding justice for himself and the 49 other Greek nationalists, who are detained in Domokou prison.
The conviction, despite the Prosecutor's general acquittal in October 2020, has not yet, one and a half years later, been written up or notified, with the reasons for it, so that the imprisoned Greek nationalists are still deprived of the right to appeal!
Most of them have served (as well as their pre-trial detention in 2013-14) almost three years in prison, without ever being informed precisely of their sentences and the reasons for them, so that they can proceed immediately to their own defence, despite the time that has elapsed since the conviction and in violation of all the principles of a state governed by the rule of law!
Moreover, the Greek administration has not allowed the MEP to exercise his functions from a distance for months now, which is contrary to the principles of the European Union, which also washes its hands of him like another Pontius Pilate!
According to confirmed information, Yannis Lagos was taken to an isolation cell, as provided for prisoners on hunger strike.
In the cell where Yannis Lagos was taken, miserable conditions prevail, as it is a very small and cold room full of bed bugs, with damaged windows, a bed without a mattress and a damaged radiator...
And while Yannis Lagos continues his hunger strike, with obvious danger now for his health and life, a deadly omerta has been imposed on the subject concerned in the media, and not only in those of the regime.

"Dear friends, Nationalists of Europe!
First of all i would like to express my greetings to each one of you, regretting for not being with you at beautiful Pariz today, due to a couple of very important courts i have to attend in Athens.
Secondly, i would like to congragulate the italian delegation on having back our president, Roberto Fiore, not in the way we would prefer, but at least, not in prison anymore.
There is no doubt what is at stake in Europe, but even globally nowadays. The attack against our values, our common beliefs, our religion, our freedom is not going to stop, even though it often comes to a recess.
What we are doing in APF now will be commemorated in the years to come, because we are the only political entity in Europe that fights in the name of freedom and democracy. Not the perverted type of democracy they want to impose, but the real one.
I will not be tired to repeat that we have to make our presence visible to everyody in Europe. We should invigorate APF which unfortunately is not well known to the average european voter.
We should form a common ballot throughout the countries that participate and even integrate other national parties of our countries, no mattet if we have slight ideological differences.
That should be done right now. We have no time to waste. We have 2 years only to organize the details and i believe that the obstacles will be numerous and the challenges, too.
So let's work together for the common cause.
Let's put in our next meeting agenda our common presence to the next elections.
Let's invite new party members.
Let's talk everybody into believing that our alternative, APF, is the only one that can save Europe from corruption and slavery.

Herausgekommen sind diese Planungen wohl durch einen Zeitungsbericht (siehe unten), welcher aus einem internen Polizeipapier zitiert. Ebenfalls wird in diesem Bericht auf die Zusammenarbeit von ELASYN mit der APF hingewiesen.
Zu den Hintergründen befragte, teilte mir Kamerad Zografos folgendes mit: „(...) alle Parteien, die angeblich gegen "demokratische Werte" verstoßen, sowie diejenigen, die Mitglieder haben, die wegen einer angeblichen Mitgliedschaft in einer "krimineller Vereinigung" verurteilt wurden, werden verboten.“ - Dies ist natürlich nur ein Vorwand. In Wirklichkeit soll die nat. Opposition einfach nur mundtot gemacht werden.
ELASYN will in der nächsten Woche eine eigene Mitteilung herausbringen und zu den Vorgängen Stellung nehmen. Ich/Wir werde(n) Euch diesbezüglich natürlich auf dem Laufenden halten.

Wir sehen, der Gegenwind des Systems nimmt auch in anderen europäischen Staaten wieder an Fahrt auf. Wer die Wahrheit sagt, lebt halt gefährlich... Ces projets ont probablement été révélés par un article de presse (voir ci-dessous) qui cite un document interne de la police. Ce rapport fait également référence à la collaboration d'ELASYN avec l'APF.
Interrogé sur le contexte, le camarade Zografos m'a dit ceci : "(...) tous les partis qui vont prétendument à l'encontre des "valeurs démocratiques", ainsi que ceux dont les membres ont été condamnés pour une prétendue appartenance à une "organisation criminelle", seront interdits".
ELASYN a l'intention de publier son propre communiqué la semaine prochaine et de prendre position sur ces événements. Je/nous vous tiendrons bien entendu au courant à ce sujet.

Nous voyons que les vents contraires du système reprennent également de la vigueur dans d'autres États européens. Les militants en Grèce ne veulent évidemment pas se laisser impressionner par la menace d'interdiction, mais ils seraient bien sûr heureux de pouvoir compter sur la solidarité de leurs camarades européens.

These plans were likely revealed by a news article (see below) that cites an internal police document. This report also refers to ELASYN's collaboration with the APF.
Asked about the context, Comrade Zografos told me this: "(...) all the parties which allegedly run counter to 'democratic values', as well as those whose members have been condemned for allegedly belonging to a "criminal organization", will be prohibited".
ELASYN intends to issue its own statement next week and take a stand on these events. I/we will of course keep you informed about this.

#Griechenland: Eine weitere #Scheindemokratie schlägt um sich.
Wie bereits vor ein paar Tagen befürchtet bzw. berichtet, kam es in dieser Woche zu umfangreichen Repressionen des 🇬🇷-Staates gegen unsere Kameraden von #ELASYN. Als eine erste Folge dieser Repressionen, hat die Partei den "Betrieb der Partei ausgesetzt" (etwas, was nach dt. Recht nicht möglich ist), arbeitet jedoch weiter als "Denkfabrik" und wird auch weiterhin die Medienarbeit aufrecht erhalten. Zudem werden die Kameraden der ELASYN auch weiterhin auf der Straße aktiv sein und die europäische Zusammenarbeit aktiv begleiten.
Eine besondere Stelle aus der aktuellen Pressemitteilung von ELASYN möchte ich Euch an dieser Stelle nicht vorenthalten. So heisst es in der Bekanntmachung u.a.:
"(...) Die Partei wird vom System als "nicht kompatibel" mit ihrer "Demokratie" angesehen. Dies ist uns eine Ehre, denn unsere Ideen sind absolut unvereinbar mit mazedonischen Verrätern, Betrügern, Veruntreuern und Pädophilen. (...)"

The manipulation of Justice, from the humiliating position of tail internationally in relation to its Independence from authority, as prove all international indicators, is an aid to diversion, since once again it is expected to obediently execute the orders of the Government.In this gloomy political landscape, which the countries of sub-Saharan Africa and the of Central America are seen as bastions of Democracy in relation to Greece, no one "unliked" in the system can participate to the ultimate expression of free will, the elections.
The Supreme Court will "decide" whether behind a political party is concealed "convicted at first instance for criminal organization" and will irrevocably prohibit the descent into the elections.
ELASYN, founded in November 2019 by the active independent MEP G. Lagos, who from March 2021 is its honorary President, is therefore included by the system, as a "non compatible' with their 'democracy'. It is an honor for us, since our ideas are absolutely incompatible with traitors of Macedonia, freemasons, swindlers, embezzlers and pedophiles.
Therefore, from today we are suspending the operation of the party until the restoration of constitutional legitimacy in Greece, proud of the problems that we have already created to them so that they even record the trips of our members abroad, in the classified Anti-Terrorist Reports, such as recently (4/2/2023) "Kathimerini" revealed.
The website, the social media we participate in, as well as our people, will continue to produce work as a "think tank".
