Ukraine’s power imports almost triple
Kiev has also halted electricity exports after a series of attacks on its energy system.
Ukrainian electricity imports have risen almost threefold, according to the Energy Ministry in Kiev, which also said the country has ceased almost all exports of electrical power following Russian strikes on infrastructure.
Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko previously announced that power generation facilities, along with transmission and distribution systems, had been damaged across the country after the Russian military launched a powerful wave of air and missile strikes.
“For the current day, imports of electricity are projected to be 14,900 megawatt-hour (Mwh), while no exports are expected,” the ministry said on Sunday in a statement issued on Telegram.

Putin would’ve prevented NATO bombing of Yugoslavia – Serbia’s president
Belgrade was attacked in 1999 because there was no counterweight to the West on the global stage back then, Aleksandar Vucic has said.
During talks with his Russian counterpart in Sochi in 2019, Vucic said “we in Serbia value Putin more than other leaders of Russia… If Putin was making decisions in Russia in 1999, nobody would’ve bombed us.”
In his interview for the documentary ‘Belgrade,’ which was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the start of the NATO airstrikes and aired on the television channel Russia 1 on Sunday, the Serbian leader was asked to comment on that claim.
“I said what I think. Every person in this country Serbia thinks the same,” Vucic replied.

No. It Wasn't ISIS - Aftermath of the Crocus Terrorist Attack in Moscow, Russia.
I'm not buying it, neither are Russians.
In trying to deflect their guilt, the West has effectively confessed it's involvement by blaming the CIA backed and funded ISIS-K. Meanwhile the CIA mouthpiece, The New York Times, attempts to rewrite history by claiming "Russian ... authorities apparently did not take seriously enough public and more detailed private American warnings of imminent ISIS-K attack plotting, or were distracted by other security challenges."
It's somewhat convenient that the West is so sure ISIS was behind this terrorist attack BEFORE an investigation has concluded, but is still clueless as to who was behind Nord Stream after several investigations over a year and a half later...

Ukrainian security service boasts about attacks on Russian oil refineries
The US has reportedly urged Kiev to refrain from drone raids due to fears of a gas price surge.
In a statement on Monday, Vasily Malyuk said transport and oil infrastructure are among “the most painful points” that his agency “hits daily” amid the hostilities with Moscow.
The sites are “legitimate targets” because they “work for the Russian military industrial complex,” the senior official claimed, adding that Ukrainian strikes can happen “even where they are least expected.”

Kiev regime to continue chemical weapon provocations — Russian envoy to OPCW
According to Vladimir Tarabrin, the use of toxic chemicals by Ukraine has already become systematic.
"Considering that the situation on the battlefield becomes increasingly difficult for the Ukrainian forces, the actions of Ukrainian neo-Nazis become increasingly aggressive. Supported by their Western puppeteers, they feel impunity and will undoubtedly continue staging various provocations, including ones involving chemical weapons, in hopes that their North Atlantic partners will cover them and will try to shift responsibility on the Russian Federation," the envoy noted. "So the risk that Ukraine will continue violating the law of war with impunity is rather high."
According to the diplomat, the use of toxic chemicals by Ukraine has already become systematic.
