Zelensky announced the preparation of a new counter-offensive.

In general, property tax rates for flats and private houses are the same in different regions plus or minus. For reference, let's take the tax rates in the city of Moscow (the tax rate depends on the cadastral value*):
- up to 10 million Rubles. - 0,1%
- up to 20 million Rubles. - 0,15%
- up to 50 million Rubles. - 0,2%
- from 50 million Rubles to 300 million Rubles - 0,3%
*Cadastral value is the price of real estate, which is set by the state. On average, it is 60-70% of the market value of the property.
❗️ Important: the tax status of the payer does not affect the property tax rates. That is, the rates are the same for residents and non-residents.

Australia sanctioning Russian nationals, companies
The cause for sanctions was "deportation of Ukrainian children from regions under temporary Russian control," attributed by Canberra to Moscow.
The Australian sanction list comprises over 1,100 individuals and more than 300 companies of Russia and Belarus. Authorities of the country fully ended trade relations with Russia, froze assets of individuals in the black list and prohibited Australian entities from dealing with companies hit by sanctions. Furthermore, there is a full ban in effect on exports of goods and services intended to be used exploration and production of oil, gas, and mineral resources in Russia.

Pentagon Inspector General Robert Storch said his investigators have opened more than 50 cases related to assistance provided to Ukraine
...including against some contractors, Bloomberg reports.
The investigations, which are at various stages, look at issues such as "procurement fraud, product substitution, theft, fraud or corruption, as well as misuse," the Inspector General said.
At the same time, he stressed that so far no charges have been filed.
Storch also warned that other investigations into abuses or leaks of American weapons are likely to be conducted.

Boris Johnson has arrived in Ukraine in a show of support for the beleaguered nation on the second anniversary of "Putin's brutal invasion".
The former British prime minister joins a number of allies who have arrived to show solidarity with Ukraine as the war enters its third year.
Writing on X, formerly Twitter, this morning Johnson said: 'On this grim second anniversary of Putin's invasion I am honoured to be here in Ukraine.
'With their indomitable courage I have no doubt that the Ukrainians will win and expel Putin's forces - provided we give them the military, political and economic help that they need.'
He shared a photo of him standing with Zelensky in Borodianka, Kiev region in January last year on one of numerous visits to the war-torn state.
