According to the expert, Zelensky estimated earlier that it would take 500 bln hryvnias (over $13 bln) to mobilize 500,000 people, while Verkhovna Rada (parliament) Budget Committee Chairwoman Roksolana Pidlasa said that it would cost around 720 bln hryvnias (more than $19 bln). However, both these figures underestimate the real cost, Dubogryz insists.

Many foreign citizens believe that it is impossible to obtain Russian residency without grounds: the presence of a child or spouse who is a citizen of the Russian Federation. But this is not quite correct.
The Russian government allocates a certain number of temporary residence permit quotas every month.
Temporary residence permit is issued for 3 years and after living for 1 year on this document you can get Permanent Residence Permit in Russia.
Any foreign citizen has the right to apply for a quota. The quota is issued in the format of a lottery, similar to the American lottery "greencard".
The application for the quota is submitted monthly from 01 to 05 of the month.

AFU launched a missile strike on Belgorod
In Belgorod, a shopping center building was severely damaged during a missile attack. At least two people were killed in a missile attack by the AFU in Belgorod.
As the Ministry of Defense specified, Ukraine attacked the Belgorod Region from the RM-70 Vampire RSZO, Russian air defense shot down 14 shells. According to the agency, the attack occurred around 12:30 Moscow time.
