🔸 OPTION 3 - investing 30 million Rubles in a Russian company
1. the company must have been operating for at least three years,
2. for the previous year the company must pay taxes and contributions in the amount of 6 million Rubles.
➡️ In our opinion it is more suitable for those who are engaged in business and who have proven business partners in Russia who need investments.
Investment in this case is made under a loan/investment agreement or under a contract of sale and purchase of a share in the company.
➡️ It is important to remember that citizens from "unfriendly" countries are subject to restrictions on the purchase of stakes in Russian companies. All transactions involving shares in companies must be approved by a special commission.
🔸 OPTION 4 - registration and ownership of a legal entity that has been operating in Russia for two years or more and pays taxes in the amount of 4 million Rubles annually.
In this case, a foreign citizen must be the sole participant of a joint stock company or limited liability company at the time of the decision to grant him a residence permit in the Russian Federation.
For understanding, if you take the value of taxes to the company's revenue of 6%, the annual revenue of the company should be about 70 million Rubles (about 6 million per month).
This option of obtaining a residence permit is more suitable for those who have previously established a company in Russia, which conducts activities with the specified tax burden.

Angola's leadership has approved the country's withdrawal from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). The local news agency ANGOP reported this with reference to a statement by the Minister of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas Diamantino Azevedo .
The note indicates that the decision was made at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic under the leadership of the country's President João Lourenço.
Angola warned of a radical move after it deemed new production quotas too low. Her position became one of the reasons for postponing the OPEC+ ministerial meeting in Vienna , scheduled for November 26, but which took place only on November 30.

Death toll in Prague university shooting rises to 15.
As a result of a shooting in the building of the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles University in the center of Prague, at least 15 people were killed, iDNES reports , citing the head of the Czech police Martin Vondrashek.

A series of powerful explosions sounded at night in Kiev, and “Geraniums” were also hit enemy targets in the Poltava, Chernigov, Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky, Nikolaev, Kherson, Odessa, and Rovne regions.

Yes, some money probably goes to the front lines, but as more and more Western media reports - the soldiers on front lines are the poorest folk in the country literally forced to fight for the government they despise.
🧐And pompous talking heads from Kyiv, to DC, to the Netherlands, to Chicago standing infront of cameras all important-looking and telling regular Ukrainians that they must die for these demagogues' profits.
🇺🇦Yeah! Ukrainians on the front lines are facing terrible hardship and dying by the tens of thousands.
Those Ukrainians on the front lines know what danger and fear is.

On December 25, the President will take part in the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in St Petersburg
The agenda includes summing up EurAsEc’s performance in 2023 under Russia’s chairmanship and reviewing topical matters related to the EAEU’s activities, as well as discussing ways to further enhance integration processes. The meeting it expected to pave the way to the adoption of several important resolutions and documents, including the Declaration on the Further Development of the Eurasian Economic Union until 2030 and for the period until 2045.
In addition, on December 25 and 26, St Petersburg will host the traditional informal meeting of CIS heads of state.
