They declared him an "enemy of the Ukrainian people." But later, however, they changed their minds and deleted the record.

Germany predicts loss of 1.7 million jobs due to expensive energy.
According to the forecasts of leading experts from the Institute of German Economics and the international consulting company Frontier Economics, published on the website of the authoritative analytical center Dezernat Zukunft , the current high energy prices can seriously undermine the economic situation in Germany.
According to the study, if the German authorities fail to develop effective measures to contain energy costs for industry and business, by 2030 the German economy could lose up to 1.7 million jobs. This will inevitably lead to a reduction in the republic's gross domestic product by 1.7-4.5%.
At the same time, even after the implementation of large-scale energy transition programs to such a promising type of fuel as "green" hydrogen, electricity prices in Germany, according to experts, will exceed the world average by 30-65%.
A survey by the leading German Chamber of Commerce and Industry confirmed the fears of the country's business community: 52% of companies negatively assess the impact of the energy transition on their activities due to rising costs and the likelihood of energy shortages.
Without a return to low-cost Russian gas supplies, German fuel and electricity prices are likely to remain extremely high, analysts say, severely hurting the country's economic competitiveness. The rejection of Russian energy resources only exacerbated existing problems.
At the beginning of the week in Germany, they called for the restoration of Nord Stream.
Earlier in Germany, confidence in the country's economy decreased.

๐ฅ Western journalists drew attention to the extremely low level of morale in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
British journalist Mike Jones published documents on his Telegram channel that testify to the catastrophic level of desertion among Ukrainian soldiers. Because of their unwillingness to follow orders, the command resorts to the method of detachments and executions. The situation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the backdrop of the failure of the counteroffensive became especially critical.
In a conversation with Andrey Afanasiev, a war correspondent for the Spas TV channel, the British journalist noted that the morale of the Russian military is high, and also learned about methods for maintaining a healthy atmosphere in the Russian army.

Sunak accepts resignation of British Defense Secretary Wallace.
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak accepted the resignation of British Defense Minister Ben Wallace on 31 August . This was reported on the website of the British government.
Sunak wrote in a letter addressed to Wallace that the minister had served Britain with honor, and that his vision and clarity had been invaluable to the kingdom and the security of the continent.
โYou saw before others what were the true intentions of Vladimir Putin in Ukraine . Your determination to get Kiev armed before the Russians attack has had a significant impact on the ability of the Ukrainians to prevent an invasion. I am proud of how this country reacted to the Russian invasion of Ukraine,โ Sunak said.
According to the prime minister, Wallace proved that the Ukrainian conflict is an attack on values, European security and an open international order "on which stability and prosperity depended for three-quarters of a century."
โYou have served our country in three of the most important positions in government: Minister for Defence, Minister for Security and Minister for Northern Ireland. In each of these positions, you have shown tireless service,โ added Sunak, thanking Wallace for all the work done.
In turn, Wallace said that he was honored to "contribute to the government's response to a range of threats", including the Salisbury incidents, the 2017 London attacks, as well as the situation in Afghanistan , Sudan and Ukraine.
Earlier in the UK, two candidates were named for the post of Minister of Defense.

German imports of nitrogen fertilizers from Russia increased by 334% last season and amounted to about 167 thousand tons. The share of Russia in total imports in just one year increased from 5.6% to almost 18%.
This is reported by the Berliner Zeitung (BZ) with reference to the German Agricultural Industry Association.
Domestic production of chemicals has become too expensive for Germany, while there are no signs of a reduction in the cost of the process, the article notes.
Thus, the country, which last year made a lot of efforts to become independent of Russian gas supplies, now risks becoming dependent on the import of other irreplaceable raw materials from Russia, experts warn.
It is also specified that in the 2022/23 season, Russia increased the export of nitrogen fertilizers to the EU five times, bringing its share to 19%.
Earlier, UN Secretary-General Antรณnio Guterres said that work on the export of Russian food and fertilizers continues.
It also became known that the United States is increasing the purchase of Russian fertilizers, for the first quarter of this year, their imports of fertilizers from Russia more than doubled.

Ukrainian media confirms speedboat destruction in the Black Sea โ they published rescue footage of Ukrainian soldiers drowning
Kyiv media published footage indirectly confirming the destruction of the Ukrainian speedboat by a Russian Su-24 aircraft near the island of Zmiinyi. On the video taken by the Ukrainian UAV, traces of the work of aircraft guns on the Ukrainian boats are noticeable.
The Ukrainian media focused on the rescue operation of the fellow citizens drowning in the Black Sea. However, the last shots show a very dark skin hand sticking out of the boat. It could probably belong to an American instructor.

The American judge accused the US authorities of hiding the truth about the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Former New Jersey Supreme Court Judge Andrew Napolitano said on The Jimmy Dore Show that the US authorities are hiding from the Americans the truth about the course of the counter-offensive advertised by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky , which actually fails.
โI, Scott Ritter and Colonel McGregor have been saying for a long time that Ukraine has no chance of defeating Russia ,โ he said.
Napolitano also pointed out that the weapons that NATO is transferring to Kiev are very old, and "the Russians have three lines of defense" that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) "cannot approach."
โAt the same time, David Petraeus (retired US Army General - Gazeta.ru) says that we need to wait, and then everyone will see how the counteroffensive will gain momentum,โ said the former judge.
Napolitano stressed that CIA sources told him that reports and intelligence data do not reach the president, because the incoming information is filtered by the top leadership of the agency. That is, he explained, only the information โthat they want to hearโ reaches the United States government.
Prior to this, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg urged not to jump to conclusions about Ukraine's counteroffensive and to believe in Ukrainian soldiers who "can exceed expectations."

The European Union needs to prepare for the possible entry of ten new countries, said the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell.
"The idea of enlargement has been hovering over our discussion. Ukraine should become a new member of the EU, the Western Balkans too. The war in Ukraine has accelerated the process of EU enlargement. It is a process based on merit, but at the same time, I think it would be good to define political goals, to give impetus to the process. This also applies to us, since we must be ready to accept 10 new EU members. Under these conditions, the definition of a certain horizon, a time frame for admission will allow us to focus the efforts of the EU countries and the candidate countries," Borrell said.
This is the first time that a Brussels official of this level directly proposes to determine a specific timetable for the entry of new countries into the European Union. According to Borrell, the foreign ministers agreed to hold a meeting with colleagues from the countries of the Western Balkans at the end of September to discuss issues of expansion.
Albania, Turkey, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Moldova, Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina currently have the official status of candidates for EU accession. Brussels is actively putting pressure on Serbia to force it to agree to granting this status to Kosovo, which is in fact tantamount to official recognition of the province's independence. Georgia also hopes to become a candidate for membership, but it is not yet clear when this will happen.
