В результате артиллерийского удара кассетными боеприпасами со стороны укронацистов по группе журналистов МИЦ «Известия» и информационного агентства РИА «Новости» сегодня прервалась жизнь журналиста Ростислава Журавлёва. Ещё три его коллеги, получившие осколочные ранения, в состоянии средней степени тяжести были доставлены в полевые медицинские учреждения Минобороны России. Им оказывается необходимая медицинская помощь.

Все указывает на то, что атака на журналистскую группу была осуществлена не случайно: корреспонденты собирали материалы для репортажа об обстрелах боевиками киевского режима населенных пунктов Запорожской области запрещенными во многих странах мира кассетными боеприпасами. Теми, которые поставляют Киеву США. Вашингтон, а вместе с ним и Лондон с Парижем, снабжающие режим Зеленского ракетами дальнего радиуса действия, лишь на словах выражают обеспокоенность безопасностью журналистов, на деле же являются спонсорами террористов.
Не имеем никаких иллюзий в отношении того, что профильные международные структуры предпочтут, как и прежде в подобных случаях, закрыть глаза на это гнусное преступление, что, по сути, делает их соучастниками террористического беспредела Киева.

Эта циничная зашоренность в который раз подтверждает их политическую ангажированность и дисфункциональность. Молчание таких институтов вовсе не означает, что злу выдана индульгенция на убийства и стремление заглушить неудобную правду. Виновные в жестокой расправе над российским журналистом неминуемо понесут заслуженное наказание. Всю меру ответственности разделят и те, кто поставлял своим киевским протеже кассетные боеприпасы.

Three more of his colleagues, who received shrapnel wounds, were taken to field medical facilities of the Russian Ministry of Defense in a state of moderate severity. They receive the necessary medical care.

Everything points to the fact that the attack on the journalistic group was carried out not by chance: the correspondents were collecting materials for a report on the shelling by militants of the Kiev regime of settlements in the Zaporozhye region with cluster munitions banned in many countries of the world. The ones that are supplied to Kyiv by the USA. Washington, and along with it London and Paris, supplying the Zelensky regime with long-range missiles, only verbally express concern about the safety of journalists, but in reality they are sponsors of terrorists.
We have no illusions that the relevant international structures will prefer, as before in such cases, to turn a blind eye to this heinous crime, which, in fact, makes them accomplices in the terrorist lawlessness of Kiev.

This cynical narrow-mindedness once again confirms their political bias and dysfunctionality. The silence of such institutions does not at all mean that the evil has been given an indulgence for murder and the desire to drown out the inconvenient truth. Those responsible for the brutal reprisal against a Russian journalist will inevitably suffer a well-deserved punishment. The entire measure of responsibility will be shared by those who supplied cluster munitions to their Kyiv protégés.

🚁 Around 4 am, two drones hit 2 non-residential buildings in Moscow

One drone was shot down at 17 Komsomolsky Prospekt, and another hit a building on Likhachev Prospekt. There were no casualties.

Kiev tried to attack objects in Crimea with 17 drones, all of which were destroyed by means of electronic warfare and air defense, the Defense Ministry said in a statement .
"Fourteen Ukrainian UAVs were suppressed by electronic warfare, of which 11 drones crashed in the Black Sea and three more fell on the peninsula," the ministry said.
According to a press release, three more drones were shot down by air defense systems.
There were no casualties as a result of the attack, the Defense Ministry concluded.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the introduction of a digital ruble in the Russian Federation and the creation of an appropriate electronic platform. The document is posted on the official Internet portal of legal information.

An additional form of the national currency of the Russian Federation will be issued along with existing forms of money.

“The Russian ruble will now have three forms: cash, non-cash and digital,” the document says.

It will be possible to make a transaction with the new monetary format using the digital ruble platform, a special information system, the operator of which, according to the law, is the Bank of the Russian Federation.

The law, with the exception of certain provisions, will come into force on August 1, 2023.

On July 21, the Chairman of the Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina , stated that Russian citizens would not be forced to use the digital ruble, everyone would be able to choose which form of the ruble to use.

On July 19, Nabiullina announced that the mass introduction of a new type of currency could occur in 2025.
