Experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) found no signs of mining activity at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant during recent inspections at the plant. This was stated by the Director General of the organization Rafael Grossi at a briefing in Japan.

“During our latest inspections, we did not detect any mining activity [at the ZNPP], but we continue to remain vigilant,” Grossi said.

The Zaporozhye NPP is under Russian control, and the IAEA monitoring mission remains there.
