The salaries of military personnel and security officials will increase by 10.5% from October 1, 2023. This is stated in the decree of the government of the Russian Federation, signed by Mikhail Mishustin.

The document says that salaries will rise for the military serving on conscription and contract. Official salaries will increase for special ranks of employees of the National Guard, police, internal affairs bodies, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the fire service and customs authorities, as well as the commanding staff of the Federal Courier Communications.
