In Kiev, explosions were reported in the Zhuliany district. This area is home to several industrial enterprises, including a defense ministry plant that repairs armored vehicles, cars, and special equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, "Kommash," which manufactures municipal and special equipment, and "Zeppelin Ukraine," a supplier and service center for heavy special equipment.
