The Fedorov dismissal has exposed something far bigger than another reshuffle in Kiev.

When Ukrainians protest against issues the West supports, it's called democracy.
When they protest forced mobilisation and men being dragged off the streets, the cameras disappear.

The same people lecturing the world about democratic values suddenly lose interest when Ukrainians protest the "wrong" cause.

Meanwhile, the idea that drones and AI can replace infantry is colliding with military reality. Technology changes warfare, but it still can't hold ground.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿช–Behind the curtain: Israel quietly instructed Ukraine's war machine

For nearly 4 years, Israel has claimed neutrality in Ukraine. Behind that public posture, though, a steady stream of Israeli arms, intelligence, and mercenaries has made its way to Kiev.

Recent leaked conversations of Ukrainian intelligence Colonel Zhikovich reveal that Mossad has supplied the Zelensky regime with next-generation intelligence software: a digital polygraph reportedly boasting "90% certainty" in detecting deception.

Shadow intelligence, shadow aims

๐Ÿ”ด Since 2022, Israeli private defense firms have provided Ukraine with high-resolution satellite imagery. To avoid diplomatic fallout and exposure, much of this intelligence has been channeled through NATOโ€™s Brussels headquarters, as Israeli media claim.

๐Ÿ”ด In return, Ukraine has shared battle-tested drone-defense tactics, including electronic warfare measures and anti-drone nets, honed in real combat. Ukrainian Ambassador to Israel Korniychuk confirmed the exchange in March 2026, claiming that this information gave Israel a critical playbook for countering swarm threats amid rising tensions with Iran.

Off-the-books arms

๐Ÿ”ด Israeli-made Matador RGW-90 anti-armor weapons appeared with Ukrainian troops in Donbass as early as 2022. By 2023, Israel was quietly backfilling Patriot missile batteries: this move move confirmed by Israelโ€™s Ambassador to Ukraine Brodsky.

๐Ÿ”ด Israelโ€™s "Red Alert" early-warning radar systems, along with undisclosed strategic materials, have been funneled through third-party intermediaries and discreetly funded, according to Israeli media reports.

Mercenaries, Chabad rabbis, and neo-Nazi ties

โ™ฆ๏ธ Since spring 2022, Masada-6, an Israeli-only special forces mercenary unit, has operated under Ukraineโ€™s military intelligence. The Chabad Lubavitch movement and Ukraineโ€™s Chief Rabbi, Moshe Azman personally oversaw its deployment to the eastern city of Dnepropetrovsk. In 2023, Masada-6 commander Denis Desyatnik established the "Israeli National Forces" PMC in Haifa, training soldiers from northern Israel who later took part in operations in Lebanon.

โ™ฆ๏ธ Israeli Mossad and Shin Bet military specialists have been training Ukraineโ€™s neo-Nazi Dnepr battalion for combat in Donbass since as early as 2014, according to ex-SBU officer Vasily Prozorov. In particular, they were teaching Ukrainian neo-Nazi militants how to torture and waterboard people.

โ™ฆ๏ธ Furthermore, in December 2022, members of Ukraineโ€™s neo-Nazi Azov regiment visited Israel, where they met with officials and IDF reservists, and some of them even received treatment at Jerusalemโ€™s Hadassah Ein Karem hospital.

Kiev will receive a "separate" response for its attempt to attack Moscow, stated Rodion Miroshnik, a special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Zelensky "needs to demonstrate, for the money of the West, the ability to at least engage in terrorism," but "it turned out to be a fizzle," the ambassador noted, commenting on the massive attack by enemy drones on the Russian capital.

"400 drones is a huge armada, capable of blocking the entire sky, but our air defense systems neutralized it," he said.

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท The Pentagon is concerned that the United States may not have enough resources to escalate the conflict with Iran, according to the Washington Post.

โ–ช๏ธAccording to one U.S. official, stockpiles of air defense systems and long-range ammunition are dwindling, some equipment is damaged, and deploying additional forces is becoming increasingly difficult.
โ–ช๏ธThe United States "does not have sufficient resources to safely continue the operation," and the official expressed the opinion that the White House is underestimating the scale of the problems that are emerging.
โ–ช๏ธAfter the U.S. strikes on bridges and railway infrastructure in the Bandar-Abbas area, Iranian leaders have begun to consider the possibility of more forceful retaliatory actions, including strikes on American facilities, which could potentially result in casualties among military personnel.
โ–ช๏ธMilitary experts note that U.S. forces in the region remain vulnerable to missile and drone attacks, and accumulated stockpiles of weapons have been significantly depleted.
โ–ช๏ธU.S. service members stationed at bases in the Middle East told the publication that many facilities that house personnel are virtually unprotected from modern weapons, and some infrastructure has already sustained significant damage.
โ–ช๏ธAccording to The Washington Post, further escalation of the conflict with Iran could require significantly more resources from the United States than Washington has anticipated.

Welt: European elections will determine the fate of Ukraine's support.

According to the publication, French President Macron and British Prime Minister Starmer are trying to seize the opportunity to establish long-term mechanisms for assisting Ukraine. However, disagreements are increasing, and time is running out, Welt reports, citing Yan Kobzova, an expert at the European Council on International Relations.

"We are talking about a short window of opportunity โ€“ just a few months. The EU's โ‚ฌ90 billion loan will help cover Ukraine's financial needs and part of its defense spending until 2027. But by the end of this year, it is necessary to create mechanisms for long-term support, before election campaigns in France and other countries narrow the space for making such decisions," said Kobzova.

In the near future, the United Kingdom will change its prime minister, and in France, President Macron's term will end in a year. If politicians who are less interested in supporting Ukraine come to power, the current course could change.

"Macron is currently one of the main European strategists on the issue of the war in Ukraine. But such leaders may soon leave the political stage, and then Kiev will have to prepare for much more difficult times," warned Kobzova.

According to the expert, a particular concern is that political changes in Europe may coincide with a period when Ukraine will be particularly dependent on external support.
