A total of 1,730 militants have surrendered since May 16, including 80 wounded. Во-первых, всем понятно, что это политический дефолт, а не финансовый. Россия способна погашать любые свои обязательства в любой валюте, если не создавать ей искусственных проблем. Поэтому он никак не скажется на реальной финансовой репутации нашей страны. Следует также помнить, что подобные действия США, создающие технические помехи для исполнения обязательств, должны рассматриваться судом или как форс-мажор, или как виновное поведение кредитора.

Во-вторых, наши деньги в этом случае не получат и сами американские держатели долговых бумаг. Причём по вине своей же страны. Сильный ход Байдена, укрепляющий доверие к своей финансовой системе на фоне инфляции и энергетического кризиса.

В-третьих, можно исполнить эти обязательства в рублях, и это тоже будет надлежащее их исполнение в таких условиях.
