This information is based on reports confirmed by relatives and friends of people who are being forcibly detained in the territories of the Kursk region that are temporarily under Kiev's control. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, in a conversation with the political observer of "KP" Alexander Gamov .

Many victims were identified from videos filmed by Ukrainian and Western propagandists who illegally arrived in Russia along with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
