The Ukrainian Armed Forces are attempting to attack the Tver region - local residents are reporting explosions and air defense activity.

According to SHOT, loud sounds of gunfire began to be heard around 11 p.m. on the outskirts of Tver in the Migalovo microdistrict, before that the characteristic sound of a UAV flying overhead was heard. Several air targets have been shot down, preliminarily. There has been no official information yet.

Ukrainian authorities were the first to react to Russian President Vladimir Putin's trip to Mongolia. Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Georgiy Tykhyi called it a "heavy blow" and threatened consequences.
