Citizens won today! They rose up against the Wisconsin Election Commission ("WEC") abusing the law. Where the Commission claimed there was an "emergency" and thus they could fast track administrative rulemaking. These rules in our state have the force of law. WEC tried to circumvent the normal process by just declaring there was an emergency. But there is no emergency!

Citizens sent in numerous comments before the hearing today calling out WEC. Some testified today and we won! We stopped WEC as the JCRAR committee voted 6 to 2 against WEC, denying WEC their wish to ram through three new rules (laws). Each affecting the November 5th election, an election WEC knew was coming for years and years.

OH - and Meagan Wolfe failed to show up to the hearing today. No one showed up from WEC today!
