Wisconsin Election Integrity: Audits, Subpoenas, Investigations, and Stalled Legislation | Uncover DC

Wisconsin awaits the resolution of multiple ongoing election integrity efforts: (1) an election processes audit by its Legislative Audit Bureau that Republicans ordered in February, (2) an investigation initiated by Republican Speaker of the State Assembly Robin Vos, and (3) a battle over State Representative Janel Brandtjen’s attempts to subpoena election materials for a full forensic audit. In addition, the State Legislature has passed legislation for election reform, most of which has been vetoed by Democrat Governor Tony Evers, and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) has removed ~200,000 inactive voters from the rolls.

Republican Representative Timothy Ramthun describes the differences between the three audit efforts on episode 28 of his Ramthun Report. He warns that “there are major efforts to cloud the truth” of the various audits, and warned there is “a genuine effort to mislead and confuse everyone.” He calls Brandtjen’s subpoena effort “the one true AZ style transparent full cyber and forensic audit that people are demanding.”

Uncover DC goes on to explain that while Brandtjen’s subpoenas come due today, Brown and Milwaukee have rejected them. The counties argue that according to Wisconsin Statute §13.31 the subpoenas are invalid without Speaker Vos’ signature. Brandtjen anticipated their rebuttal and attempted to preempt it on August 9, claiming that, in this case, subpoena authority rests on Wisconsin Statute §885.01(4) and 2021 Assembly Resolution 15.

Although 60% of WI counties have passed resolutions in support of Brandtjen’s audit, Speaker Vos refuses to sign her subpoenas, instead opting for his own unpopular investigation of the 2020 election through Justice Gableman.

In episode 28 of the Ranthum Report, Ranthum confirms that the Brandtjen audit is held up by a single signature and explains that the subpoenas could be signed by either Robin Vos, Chris Kapenga, or Devin LeMahieu. Take a minute to let them know which audit you support:

Liz Harris is discussing the results of their independent canvass. She says that 34% of the people they interviewed - who were on record as having not voted - said they actually DID vote.

That means that 1 in 3 voters had their votes “lost”.

That is a massive number and Arizona should be decertified just on that fact alone.

Not to mention all the other various forms of fraud that occurred.

Canvass All 50 States

In the final War Room canvassing segment, Liz Harris discussed other irregularities unearthed by her team’s Maricopa County canvass. These errors included voters who said they voted in person but are recorded as voting by mail, voters who did not vote but are listed as having voted, and votes from vacant lots.

“Added together, [this third set of] issues impacted 5.18% of mail-in votes, or an estimated 88,215 votes. More technically, with a 1.5 confidence interval, this number ranges from 62,670 to 113,759,” the canvass report concluded.

In total, Team Liz Harris found an estimated:

96,389 Ghost Votes
88,215 Other Issues
357,708

Like I have mentioned before, most people (i.e. the people who just do what they are told by their employer, the government, or the narrative) do not know the law so they believe that vaccine and mask mandates can be enforced. However, this is not true. This is when you will have to push back and contact an attorney to get advice.

Children’s Health Defense Fund Lawsuit Asks Judge to Suspend FDA License for Pfizer’s Comirnaty Vaccine

Barnes Law and @electionwizard are working on behalf of the Children's Health Defense Fund to fight back against vaccine tyranny. Tonight they filed a motion asking a federal judge to direct the FDA to suspend its license for Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine:

“The FDA faced a conundrum: under immense political pressure to rush approval of a COVID-19 vaccine in record time to satiate the mandate fervor of some in the military and corporate America, the FDA acted -- without consulting its advisory board, without answering citizen petitions, without addressing scientific concerns, and even without updating its data regarding the Delta coronavirus variant. Knowing that approval and licensure of such a vaccine required revoking all Emergency Use Authorized vaccines for the same indication, and knowing that revocation would risk liability exposure to vaccine makers, government actors and healthcare workers, the FDA did the impermissible.

It answered this conundrum by pretending to "approve" a vaccine that isn't widely available, playing a game of bait-and-switch, and confusing the public into thinking they are getting a vaccine with some legal remedies when in fact they are not because of the bait-and- switch. The FDA purportedly managed to do what the law forbids: "approve" a vaccine but not revoke any Emergency Use Authorized vaccines for the same indication.”

The really beautiful thing about this was that the vaccinated people stood in solidarity with the unvaccinated. Business trickled to near zero at all establishments where the vaccine passport was required.

Moscow residents let their hair grow out, skipped going to bars and restaurants, didn’t go to the movies, didn’t stay in hotels or do anything else that required a vaccine passport.

Business owners from all over the city were suddenly calling Mayor Sobyanin’s office to chew his ear off about the vaccine passports. They were going broke, and they were mad as hell about it.

Marina Zemskova, the head of a regional hotel and restaurant association in Russia, said the vaccine passport turned out to be worse for business than a full lockdown. At least if there was another lockdown, she notes, businesses “could count on some kind of government support measures.”

There’s no government support coming under a vaccine passport system. What the not-very-elite elites failed to anticipate about Moscow residents was they would simply not participate in the scam at all.

The business owners were so infuriated with the mayor that Sobyanin made a sudden, surprise announcement on July 19th that nobody needs to use a vaccine passport anymore. He made up a hilarious excuse, claiming that COVID case rates were all better suddenly, as the reason for lifting the QR code passports.

But everyone knew the truth. Moscow residents decided that their medical privacy and their right to travel is more important than whatever the people in charge were telling them.

It was a massive case of civil disobedience – and they didn’t even have to go outside and set things on fire in a big protest. All they did was say, “Any business that wants to see a vaccine passport from me is not getting any of my money.”

There appears to be some degree of hand-wringing over whether or not any particular revelation will somehow convince certain people of the issues with our election.

Here’s the breakdown:

50% think it was rigged

30% will never believe it was rigged even if an admission was made from the podium

20% are persuadable. All arguments must be catered to that group. This is why I stay away from analytical reaches, use most conservative estimates, and highlight races like the ones the GOP appears to have machined for themselves in Maricopa County.

You can please some of the people all the time, all the people some of the time, but you’ll never please all the people, all the time.

Perfection is the enemy of good.

The heat should be on today in Arizona. Light up the switchboards of every Republican in the legislature except for Rogers and Finchem, who are behind the canvass effort.

Ducey is nowhere to be found, and that’s not a surprise. And for the record, 5-10x more people were interviewed in the canvass than in even the best “industry respected” polls.

“I gathered all vaccine ingredients into a list and contacted Poison Control. After intros and such, and asking to speak with someone tenured and knowledgeable, this is the gist of that conversation.

Me: My question to you is how are these ingredients categorized? As benign or poison? (I ran a few ingredients, formaldehyde, Tween 80, mercury, aluminum, phenoxyethanol, potassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, sorbitol, etc.)
