You can find the full warrant elsewhere. I'm drawing info to a key point.

"Any documents with classified markings" is an incredibly broad net. And "any other containers/boxes found together" with them is also incredibly broad. That is how you define a fishing expedition, and is generally not how warrants are done. Reinhart should lose his seat on the bench for this political hit job.

It also doesn't make allowances for documents that have been declassified. Those would still have "classification markings" on them.

The judge and the FBI can play the game here of saying "well gee, our agents on the ground could not be expected to know which docs were legally declassified... so for national security we HAD to err on the side of grabbing everything with classification markings".

Such reasoning will not stand up to higher judicial review.
