The person that started this media firestorm assertion (Dr Caitlin Bernard - a long-time & staunch abortion proponent) "doesn't return anyone's calls". Heck, SNOPE's can't even verify it....and they would love to.

There is LITERALLY ZERO PROOF that this occurred. None. There's not even evidence of the crime that would have been committed by the perpetrator were the story true. The DOJ is trying to prevent Steve Bannon from making public the documents turned over as part of discovery in his J6 case.
Bannon has filed a lawsuit to make the documents public.
CNN, ABC, NBC and more than a dozen news outlets have filed briefs in support of Bannon's suit.

They’re already regretting being goaded into doing what they did with Bannon, as the case moves into discovery.

Reminder: Navarro and Bannon refused to appear and take the 5th. They defied the subpoenas. That appears to have been strategy on their part to get to discovery after they were indicted, as I'm sure they knew they would be.

On the other hand, Gen. Flynn responded to the subpoena, appeared for questioning, and then invoked his 5th amendment right not to answer questions, which he could do.

The case is getting into discovery.

To try to PREVENT THAT, the gov't spied on Bannon's lawyer so he'd have to replace him.

Then Bannon was SWATTED on his show today.

Future SWATTING attempts won't work and what's the gov't gonna do now, spy on the next lawyer to?
