I hate to be the one to break it to everyone, but our entire economy was built to be a Ponzi scheme-based game of musical chairs.

We knew the birth rate was below replacement rate for quite some time, which guarantees the music will stop and social security + other entitlements have no chairs.

Responsible adults in charge would level with the public & present workable solutions.

But we don't have any of those in DC at this juncture.
