There exist methods for challenges to election “results,” which by the way are not properly auditable or transparently believable to the public without coaxing from the media.

There are also procedures for appointing different elector slates, and they were indeed used in Hawaii in their very first presidential election in 1960.

Overturning election results implies tanks and military in the streets - not people filing lawsuits in vain in a court system that refuses to uphold its oaths to apply the law with impartiality.
