The Fulton County judge McBurney who was recused from the case, along with every other Fulton County judge, just ruled and said the case before Judge Schuster is 'moot'.
Because of his ruling.
The judge who literally had defense counsel appointed for him by Kemp on Friday, spits in Kemp's eye and the Supreme Court's eye.
The judge who said that witch, who was the GJ foreman, could speak.
He made this ruling the day Fanni sent her press releases out to everyone that she is ready to go. He obliges by making this 'ruling'.
Which he was told by the GA Supreme Court that he was recused from, and every other Fulton County judge was as well.
Why would he do this?
Its a throwdown. You know it and I know it.
Kemp wants to replace Ossoff.
Carr wants to replace Kemp.
That WILL NOT happen if they allow Fanni to go forward.
They CANNOT claim Pontius Pilate status here. They just can't.
