1st thing to say ‘hello do you have a warrant?’
When they say ‘no’..
2nd thing to say ‘Im going to have to ask you to leave the property immediately.’
When they protest & argue…
3rd thing to say is ‘i’ve asked you politely to leave, are you refusing?’
When they continue to protest & argue..
4th thing to say: ‘im going to call an officer here to escort you off the property.’
Call 911 & ask for an officer to show up. If your county Sheriff is pro rights, make the call to the Sheriff’s dept.
