Between 12 and 20 percent were sent to bad addresses.

A: Everything about the Kabul debacle happened as planned. The only goals were a black eye & loss of confidence in leadership for the US Mil and a transfer of cash, weapons & hardware to the Taliban.

Once you understand that decisions are being made by the Biden regime to help China, not the USA, things all begin to make more sense.
