The Halderman report clearly has legs, clearly factors into Trump discussing the "seal" being removed.

This brings to light the questions of motive - just *why* is that report being released now, and how long have these capabilities been present in the machines running our elections?

Of note, 2004 turnout had massive explosive growth over 2000, and absent the Obama boom, turnout was predictable and bland through 2016.

You know the guy who blew the whistle on the Biden bribery scheme? The “non-existent” whistleblower that the justice department said they couldn’t guarantee protection? Well, he’s dead.

In 2019, now defunct Buzzfeed wrote a hit piece about TWP that made us a deep state target. We were shadowbanned, blackballed, hacked and still to this day feel the repercussions of their attacks.
