I’m actually more optimistic about Abe Hamadeh’s election challenge than I am Kari Lake’s. Abe Hamadeh is represented by Jennifer Wright, former head of the Election Integrity Unit who is seasoned in this exact thing.

They’ve put together a strong case that thousands of provisional ballots were illegally discounted. Hamadeh only needs to prove 280 legal votes were not counted and that is enough to change the election outcome.

Hamadeh’s argument is simple, and if he’s granted a new trial and an inspection of the provisional ballots, he could easily meet the “clear and convincing” burden of proof.

On the other hand, I’m going to be honest with you, and I said this the day the AZ Supreme Court gave their ruling… Kari’s task of meeting Judge Thompson’s “clear and convincing” standard regarding signature matching is going to be unbelievably difficult.

She must prove that the signature verifiers conducted no signature matching whatsoever on at least 18,000 ballots. That’s near impossible when there will obviously be a rebuttal from Hobbs’ team claiming they did SOME form of signature verification. That apparently will be enough to sway the judge to rule in favor of the defendant (Hobbs).

Even a full inspection of mail in ballot envelopes won’t sway this judge because theres almost no way to make a “clear and convincing” argument regarding mail in ballot signature matching. One person could say they match, and another could say they don’t.

Given that the judge has already dismissed this count before, and recently dismissed the L&A count which would prove that the machines were intentionally manipulated, I’d say he’s not interested in hearing actual evidence of fraud.

On top of that, he also said that he’s inclined to view the evidence in favor of the defendant, so I’d say outlook not so good for Kari. Unfortunately.

In the internal report submitted to the FDA, the principal investigator paid by Pfizer says that he didn't "feel" like the vaccine caused Maddie's injury and the FDA agreed with his assessment without further inspection.

•The CDC's internal analysis of the vaccine adverse event reporting system (VAERS) released by FOIA shows 770 different adverse event safety signals. Over 500 have a larger safety signal than myocarditis or pericarditis.

•The CDC's V-Safe system with 10 million COVID-19 vaccinated Americans released by FOIA shows 7.7% of people reported needing medical care after a COVID-19 vaccine. 70% of those were hospitalized, emergency room, or urgent care. The CDC previously used an incomplete set of this data to publish around 20 studies saying that the COVID-19 vaccines were safe until they were legally forced to release the full data-set.
